1 on 1 private sessions. I focus on tailoring programs for individual needs. I offer a personalised service that includes an in-depth discussion around your goals, hopes, aspirations and fears. I find that by working with you, I’m able to design a unique program, specific to your needs and wants that will enable you to reach your goals, and ensure we have some fun along the way.

Training sessions will include varies methods – Improving functional movement, balance, coordination, strength training, HIIT (High intensity interval training), sports specific etc. I will personally come to your home or gym facility to train you.
